With a background in startup incubation and cross-cultural collaboration, he drives high-impact design and innovation projects between Japan and the U.S. His focus is on building strong client relationships and delivering thoughtful, user-centered outcomes. Fun Fact: Before joining btrax, Yuji led a startup incubation program in Fukuoka for over seven years.
