Sony旗下的手機部門 Sony Ericsson 日前宣布將在美國11月28日正式販售 Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, 同時也可以在Sony Style預購這款最新的智慧手機.
Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 的定價是$799.99, 好處是不需要跟任何手機通訊公司簽合約也可以擁有這支性能高超的智慧手機. Sony Ericsson Xperia X1延續了Sony一貫的獨特的設計風格和對產品性能的要求, Sony 想要在這一陣智慧手機風潮下搶下一席之地, 也不無可能.
仔細看看, Sony Ericsson Xperia X1的性能比大部分的智慧手機都好, 但都不是難以超越. X1 的照相機雖有 3.2百萬畫素, 但Google 的G1和BlackBerry 的Storm也都有同等的畫素. 而HTC即將上市的MAX都搭配著5百萬畫素.
X1 的操作介面也是一個賣點. 它大體而言是讓用戶將常用的功能結合成九個格子裡, 讓用戶可以自己選擇這九個格子的內容然後方便用戶使用.但是用戶可能會覺得比較不好上手因為已經習慣了Windows Mobile 的傳統介面. 另一方面, X1 提供給不習慣用觸控螢幕來收發email的用戶一個新的選擇—隱藏式鍵盤, Sony 把所有應該出現在一個智慧手機的硬體和軟體功能都收在X1裡面了, 現在就等著看市場反應度了.
從X1的功能–行動辦工室和多媒體娛樂跟手機完美的結合, 設計–特殊的弧度鍵盤, 和價位–$800, 不難看的出Sony市想用這款手機打入中高階層的用戶. 在這麼多選擇的市場裡, Sony 的加入無疑的讓智慧手機的愛好者又多了一個選擇,但是要如何讓用戶寧願花800美元去買,這就是Sony 即將要面對的難題.
